So long, 2016
2016 was an amazing year. So many ups and downs, but I had so many great pictures full of memories to choose from.
This year was full of firsts for our little farm and family. We moved our deer to our place, got goats, and cows! We got chickens (again) but this time Harper and I tried our hand at raising them instead of them being Hub’s responsibility.
I practiced my sewing, embroidery, knitting and crocheting more this year than any other. We had a very successful garden, and hubby taught me how to can! We planted flowers that produced so much happiness and beauty.
We took a family trip to Colorado. This was Harper’s first trip on a plane, and Hubby’s first elk kill!
We had lots of births on the farm: kittens, goat kids, and deer fawns!
My sweet girl got a real hair cut for the first time ever (by me of course!)
I have so many more pictures I could (and probably should) add, but that’ll have to be another post.
Happy New Year’s Eve, friends. So long, 2016!
Can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store. Yes I know some of the pics are duplicated in the second collage, but it’s 10:00 pm as I’m writing and posting this. Yawning as I type…you get the picture 😀
