I think this wraps up my revisit to last summer’s garden. This was my favorite part-the harvesting, canning, freezing, and making bouquets to give away and put around our home. If you have ever had any doubt about whether growing a garden is worth the time, I would wholeheartedly say YES! Even if it’s only one or two tomato plants and one row of flowers, if you have a little space, or can grow something in a container, give it a try!

P.S. I’m still have a few jars left from last year’s canning…and they are so, so good. There is such a satisfaction that comes from growing your own from seed, and canning them to enjoy throughout the next year.
